5 Things You Should Know About Raven’s Home which premieres tomorrow!

Raven’s Home is an American comedy television series that premiered on Disney Channel on July 21, 2017.  The series is a spinoff and sequel to That’s So Raven, and will star Raven-Symoné, Issac Ryan Brown, and Navia Robinson.

The plot is similar to the reboot of Netflix Original Fuller House.  Best friends Raven and Chelsea, both divorced mothers, are now raising their children in a house together.  Their house is turned upside down when they realize one of Raven’s children, Booker, has inherited the same psychic abilities as his mother.

Before the season premiere begins, here are 5 facts you should know about Raven’s Home:

Raven’s Home will tackle divorce and the hardships of being a single mother.

As seen above, Devon Carter was Raven’s high school sweetheart.  The show doesn’t go into detail as to WHY they divorced; except that sometimes people fall-out-of-love just as fast as they fall-into-love.  Raven’s Home will tackle some deep themes in single-household families (something that isn’t explored as much today).

Raven’s child, Booker, has psychic abilities like Raven

Drama occurs when Booker finds out he has psychic abilities which could create some interesting storylines.  Remember, Raven has the same ability so imagine the two foreseeing each other’s futures and the possible dilemmas that could unfold like dangers, comedic effects, or even deathly disasters!

Raven Symone has confirmed that she is looking for a new actor to play Eddie.

Orlando Brown, who played Eddie in That’s So Raven, will not be coming back for Raven’s Home.  Raven symone didn’t reveal why, but this is most likely because Orlando Brown was arrested in 2016 for drug and battery charges.
