With yesterday’s update, ourWorld added the ability to reset a password by submitting your Avatar Name, rather than your Login ID.
By doing this, users are able to retrieve their account even if they have forgotten their Login ID. All you need, is access to your account’s verified email address, and you can easily regain access to your account!
