Animal Jam – How To Speed Up Animal Jam

optimize

Is Animal Jam running slow or lagging for you? Don’t worry, we got you covered. Here are some quick tips on how to make Animal Jam run faster!

TIP #1 ~ USE GOOGLE CHROME

Animal Jam runs fastest in Google Chrome. Don’t use Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari. It runs best in Google Chrome. Click here to download Chrome

TIP #2 ~ CHOOSE A SERVER WITH LESS PEOPLE

When choosing a server, make sure you pick one that doesn’t have as many people. This was almost 99% guarantee that the game runs smooth for you.

TIP #3 ~ HEALTHY INTERNET CONNECTION

Animal Jam requires a healthy Internet connection to work. Old network hardware, wireless connections, and slow Internet Service Providers (especially during high evening traffic times) all tend to be big culprits in slowing down your connection to Animal Jam to the point where you will experience erratic gameplay or not be able to log in at all. Keep in mind, a smooth playing experience requires a 1 Mbps connection. Any speed below that might result in slower loading times. If your account can log in successfully on a different computer or at a different location, then that isolates the problem to that computer or location’s connection to the Internet. Unfortunately, there is not much that we can do on our end to improve any given computer’s connection to the game. We suggest you test your network and computer hardware and contact your Internet Service Provider’s customer support for any general Internet connectivity issues.

TIP #4 ~ INSTALL LATEST VERSION OF ADOBE FLASH

In addition, to make sure Animal Jam runs smoothly, we encourage you to download the latest Adobe Flash player. Once the file is downloaded, double-click it to start the installation. After this has been completed, we kindly ask that you please try logging into Animal Jam again.
