Game of the Week: Turtle Odyssey 2

I’d like to apologize in advance for if I seem a little brain-dead. I just finished writing a really long research paper…

turtle hurdles

This week’s Arcade game will take you on an undersea adventure as Ozzy the Turtle. In Turtle Odyssey 2,  or as it’s known to my sister, Turtle Hurdles, you must brave the deep seas as a danger-seeking turtle on a mission to collect a bunch of diamonds and other treasure, and kill jellyfish, sea snails, and other nasties along the way. This game was suggested by Merliah391, and I chose it because it brings back memories of a time when I’d play this all day… Doug Bot in the Pier also has a series of quests for this game, and you can win Flow, Coins, and badges!

Here are some tips:

  • Sometimes you’ll need to use moving platforms or the method of jumping on enemies in order to get you on your way.
  • Diamonds can be sneaky sometimes, but there is a little arrow you can follow to find them!
  • Collect as much treasure as you can! Sometimes you might stumble across hidden treasure troves, where you’ll really rack up points!
  • Trophies are good to find, they count as treasure.
  • Sometimes when you defeat an enemy they will drop a little green gem. Make sure to pick it up, since it’s an extra life.
  • Some moving platforms won’t come back for you. Try not to get stuck!

Well, that’s all I have to leave you with. Sayonara!

If you’d like to suggest a game, feel free to leave a comment or drop me a message, either here or on ourWorld! I’m always up for requests and I love to discover new games.

Also– how do you guys like the new Tokidoki items? I think they’re amazing. ^.^

P.S. One last thing that really distresses me. People have been posting inappropriate comments again, this time under the name of one of my best friends. So if you see that, just please know that it’s not really her. The inappropriate comments are bad enough. Once again, don’t say anything you wouldn’t say to a little kid. Or else… Well, I just wrote a 10-page paper on censorship, I’ll figure something out.
