Step 1 – Go to the The Pier.
Step 2 – Throw a water balloon at dougbot
Step 3 – Go to Otto’s condo. Click Otto.
Step 4 – Take the motherboard to Dougbot and give it to him.
Step 5 – He will give you the laser gun.
