Since the myth about the all new ‘Vegas Island’ was confirmed to be true about a month ago, there has been a lot of controversy surrounding the Island. Questions such as ‘Who’s allowed in it?’, ‘What age do you have to be to gamble?’ and ‘Is the clothing limited? are among the most popular questions. There are various other questions though, that have been mulling throughout the crowds of ourWorlders.

Well I’m going to answer those questions for you and put your minds to rest!

1. Do you have to be 18 years or older to enter Vegas Island?

The answer is no! One of the ourWorld developers, Wylde wrote:

“It will be available to all players of all ages (under 13’s will have limited gambling similar to how Poker Cabana works.) We had considered making it for only 18+ but scrapped that idea. That’s where the rumor came from.”

2. What age do you have to be to gamble?

Again, an ourWorld developer said:

“Only players 18+ will be able to win coins in the gambling games. Any minors will still be able to play those games, but their chips will be free, and will not cash out for coins. Minors will not be permitted to gamble.”

3. Is the clothing limited at the ‘Lucky 7’ clothing store?

Again, the answer is no. The Lucky 7 shop is like any other regular clothing store in ourWorld (Threads, Blue Cow, Skeleton Key, etc.). The items will always be available for purchase. The same applies to the Lucky 7 Furniture Store.

4. When will this incredibly amazing island be released onto ourWorld?!

Vegas Island will come onto Live ourWorld on the 19th of March! That’s just over a week away! Unless there’s another National Holiday or something that happens that delays the island’s release into the big, wide ourWorld (like the last massive update), then I suggest you start saving up for the awesome clothes and furniture that will be hitting the Lucky 7 stores!

NOW I hope this has confirmed the answers to some of the questions you were asking! I know the question ‘How much are the clothes?’ is also very popular, but I’m afraid I don’t have an answer to that one. We’ll all just have to wait until the items are released!
